Enyeama wants Afcon cancelled

Nigeria captain and goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama, has called on Caf to put on hold the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco in January.
The Lille OSC custodian explained that the tournament should be cancelled owing to the growing concerns of the deadly Ebola Virus Disease (EVD).
The 32-year-old Nigeria goalkeeper expressed fear that the Ebola virus, which has killed about 5 000 people could spread even further should the tournament go ahead considering that "people will be moving around."
Enyeama believes it is "risky" for the Afcon to hold under the current circumstance of the spread of the disease especially as it will put everyone at risk there will be contact through "hugging and shaking" hands.
However the former Enyimba man stated that he would participate in the tournament if his country eventually qualify despite the threat of the Ebola virus.
"I really wish it doesn't happen with all the people that will be moving around. But I'm not Caf. I'm not the one who calls the shots.
"It's risky for everyone because you go to Africa and then everyone is hugging you and shaking you, and what can you do? You're at risk. But if it happens I will play, if we qualify," said Enyeama in Friday's Daily Mail edition after his club's 0-0 draw against Everton in Thursday's Uefa Europa League match.
Few days ago, Morocco billed to play hosts to the 2015 Afcon had asked Caf to cancel the tournament following the spread of the Ebola virus.
Morocco were reportedly said to have withdrawn from playing hosts, but that allegation has been denied by the North African nation.
